Business Ethics
Ethics very simply, is the conception of right and wrong conduct. It deals with human relationships and judges our behavior as moral or immoral.
Moral behavior is essential in preserving organized life. Lying, stealing, deceiving, harming others is all immoral behavior. Our vision of right and wrong comes from religious beliefs, family, schooling, and our learning experiences.
Business Ethics is the application of general ethical ideas to business behavior. A business should not try to make up its own definition of right and wrong, these values are already greatly instilled in business culture.
