All of us get upset at time, but there is no place for anger at work.
Yet studies show that it is okay for men to show anger at work, but if women show anger at work they are less competent.
What gives…I really don’t understand this. If a man shows anger he gets paid more, but if a women gets angry she’s ‘out of control’.
Okay ladies…we have to be calm to be seen as rationale.
Calm = freedom from agitation, excitement, or passion; tranquility; serenity.
So if I show no passion or excitement for my work I will be rewarded…
What is happening to this world? Will men and women ever be seen as equals in the workplace?
