My experience with Ditto was awesome. I needed a detailed transcript created that had dozens of specific names and places in it. It was a phone recording just over an hour long with three people.
I contacted Ditto on a Wednesday and Alec reached out the next day. I needed the transcript quickly for a court case and they put a rush on it to have it to me by Monday. I needed it to be certified, which it was.
Much to my pleasant surprise, I received the full transcript back from Jenna completed by Friday afternoon...less than 48 hours after first contacting them! Their price was less than half of what another company quoted me for slower service.
When I checked for accuracy, compared to the document I had provided them with in order to spell all the names correctly, I found that it was perfect! They had done an EXCELLENT job.
Their work was fast and accurate and looked fantastic. I highly recommend Ditto Transcript services and will go back to them when I need another transcript done.

Ditto Transcripts helped complete a very special project for us. They took an entire series of handwritten recipe cards that the family had accumulated over decades and turned them into digital documents so we could share them within our google drive and have our favorite recipes on the go when traveling! Ditto Transcripts saved me, and in essence, preserved a very important part of American history that might have been lost forever. Bottom line: I'm a professional writer, and had an important creative non-fictional work produced over 15 years ago in a major metropolitan city. The show was successful, but hastily arranged...thus it was poorly recorded and improperly edited. A hard copy transcript of the original production disappeared and the cyberspace copy of the document was not saved properly, so remounting a subsequent revival of the play became very problematic. Desperate, I asked Ditto Transcripts to perform a minor miracle. I asked them to piecemeal together a word for word working transcript from the muddy, almost unintelligible DVD tape I streamed to them. Please Note: I could See the actors speaking the lines, and Watched them go through the motions, but their words sounded like they were marooned in an echo chamber...that was punctuated with intermittent static. But I asked Ditto Transcripts to do their best, and I'd live with the results. Great News! In less than Three Weeks they returned a discernible framing of the missing document I thought I'd never see again. Like highly skilled archeologists engaged in a desert excavation, Ditto somehow sifted through the audio rubble from my DVD, interpreted my lines with surprising precision, and carefully lifted out just enough text from the original script for us to color in the rest. This was just in time to make our first week of rehearsal deadline. I was nearly in tears when I saw how much they had resurrected. Please Note: What they've done is important, not just for me but for every American citizen. The story is told from the POV of a major Civil Rights Movement era figure who passed away far too soon. In the current 'Upside Down World' we live in, where government leaders routinely try to sandblast away vital parts of our rich history they don't like or makes them 'uncomfortable' , it is imperative we do our best to preserve the people, places, and things that keep our great Republic unique, unprecedented, and indivisible. Thanks to Ditto Transcripts, thousands of people will soon see and hear our hero's powerful, heart-wrenching testimony...told exclusively by her and several confidantes who knew her best. I started using Ditto for backup word processing three years ago before it became Ditto, and I have gone to them repeatedly ever since. The transfer page is extremely to use, and they handle the DS.2 Olympus audio files. I message Alec and the turn around time is exceptional. I've had no issues with quality, and the company is very responsive to suggestions or asks. It seems that the more the service is used the better the end result; transcribers seem to get more familiar with desires. Highly recommended.
